Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at onlineorder@ampedsuperstore.com.au.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

· Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will cover the return shipping cost.

· Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Storage & Collection Policy (repairs)

Customers will be notified via phone, email, or SMS once their device or item is ready for collection following completion of service, repair, or assessment.

Devices or items must be collected within three (3) months from the date of notification.

Any device or item not collected within this timeframe may incur a storage fee equal to 10% of the quoted service cost or assessed item value. This fee reflects reasonable storage, handling, and administrative costs and is not intended as a penalty.

By leaving a device or item with us for service, repair, or assessment, you acknowledge and agree to this storage policy.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact customers using the details provided prior to applying any storage fees or taking further action.

If a device or item remains uncollected for an extended period, we reserve the right to dispose of or sell the goods to recover outstanding costs, where permitted under applicable laws.

This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
